Unless deemed unacceptable behaviour, code of conduct policy will be pursued and employees/volunteers will be suspended, pending further action. Due to confidentiality, we will not disclose any information relating to the investigation unless investigation is audited, or being completed by an external agency (i.e. Police). We will only share the data with those authorities.

For example only, if 'John Doe' was being investigated by a local police force/local authority due to a safeguarding concern, we would only share details of our internal investigation with these agencies.
