We're excited to announce a new service designed to keep you informed and prepared: comprehensive situational reports covering critical local services. We understand how important it is to have up-to-date information, especially when it comes to essential services that impact your daily life and well-being. That's why we're now offering regular updates on:

• NHS A&E Waiting Times: Access real-time data on waiting times at local Accident & Emergency departments. This information can be crucial in making informed decisions about seeking urgent care.

• Power Supply Network Status: Stay informed about any power outages, planned maintenance, or network disruptions in your area. We'll provide updates on restoration efforts and estimated return times.

• Statutory Services Updates: Receive timely information regarding disruptions or changes to essential statutory services such as waste collection, road closures due to maintenance or emergencies, and other vital local government services.

• We have a WhatsApp Channel: Our WhatsApp Channel is a LIVE source of feed, meaning you will get a notification via WhatsApp when there is a SITREP update. Make sure you turn your notifications on for this service as they are automatically silenced, and make sure you click 'follow'. The only people who will see you're part of this group is those who already have you in their contact list (if you've messaged on WhatsApp before).
